New Fabrics
We have been getting in some fantastic new fabrics in the past couple weeks. In addition to some delightful Halloween prints, we also have quite a few great new Christmas prints such as the great panel from Debbie Mumm pictured here.
'Tis the Season New Books
Check out the many exciting new book titles which we have recently gotten in the store. SuperStrata Quilts is a lovely colorful book sure to inspire you with its sumptuous pictures. 'Tis the Season, and Tidings are two fabulous holiday books full of great projects. Leaving Baltimore:A Prairie Album Quilt and Hobo Quilts are both fascinating books full of history. 10 Minute Blocks and Twist & Turn are two books that feature a fast dimensional technique that is really fun to do. These are just a few of the many new books which are sure to inspire you.
Peppermint Wreaths New Patterns
In addition to the many new books and fabrics, tons of new patterns have arrived. If you are among the many quilters who love to make bags, then we have some fabulous new bag patterns to tickle your fancy. Choose from Juliet, Saturday Market Bag, Zippy Strippy, Cash & Carry and many more terrific bag patterns. If you are looking for a whimsical Halloween pattern then Guess Who's Coming to Dinner and Spooks on Parade are two charming choices. Binkies on Broadway is a absolutely adorable baby quilt that is perfect for that special baby boy or girl in your life. Check out these as well as all of the other new patterns.
The new class schedule is now up on our website. You can register online, over the phone or you can come into the store, whatever is most convenient for you.
I also want to remind everybody that our Fall Retreat is coming up November 5-7th and that there is still space available. The project for this weekend getaway is a lovely bed sized Sampler quilt featuring a large Mariner's Compass Medallion in the center. It is a classic in traditional or reproduction fabrics but would also be stunning in more contemporary fabric selections.
